This website has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only personal information it asks for is an email address, and only if you choose to join our newsletter.

Who we are
This website is run by J&F Alliance Group, Inc. (“J&F,” “we,” “us”), a technology company at 328 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23185. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Newsletter sign-ups
When you sign up for company news, we collect the email address you type in. We don’t ask for your name or anything else.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, and we use it to reply.
Basic technical information
We don’t run analytics. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may automatically keep basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) so it can deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don’t use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts from Google
The site’s typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts. To load them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use it
- To send the company news you signed up for, such as project launches, events and announcements.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don’t use your information for anything else, and we don’t use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run this website and send our newsletter, who may use it only to provide that service to us; and
- when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of J&F, our visitors or others.
How long we keep it
We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We stop sending you email within 10 business days of an unsubscribe request, and delete your address from our list within 30 days. We keep emails and messages you send us only as long as we need them to respond and for normal business records.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also email us and we’ll take you off the list.
- See, correct or delete your information: email jking@jfalliancegroup.com with your request. We’ll reply within 45 days.
We won’t treat you differently for making a request. Because we don’t track visitors, “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change how this site behaves.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who at J&F can see newsletter and contact information. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Children’s privacy
This website is for a general and business audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Photos and videos of people
We may photograph and film J&F programs, training sessions and events. Everyone who can be identified in the photos and videos we publish has signed a release giving us permission to use their image. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian signed the release for them. People who did not give permission are not photographed, or their faces and other identifying details are blurred or otherwise obscured so they can’t be identified.
- Records: we keep the signed releases on file. We’ll provide a copy on request to the person shown, to the parent or legal guardian of a minor shown, or to a legal or regulatory authority with a valid request.
- Removal: to have a photo or video of yourself or your child taken off this website, email jking@jfalliancegroup.com with the page address and a description of the image. We’ll remove it as soon as practical. Search engines may keep showing a copy for a while afterward; Google lets minors and their parents ask for images of a minor to be removed from its results.
- Illustrations: some images and videos on this site, including those labeled “representative image,” are AI-generated illustrations of typical scenes. They don’t show real people or J&F projects.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we’ll ask you first.
